I guess I'm just making this thread to rant and to warn people outside of north america to be sure you can download Vivado design suite before purchasing a Xilinx product.
So for the past 3 months I've resorted to bumping my thread every 2 weeks. No way around it because they need me to enter the ticket number before I can talk to an agent.
I made the international call anyway I need a ticket number to get help over the phone. I need to fill out some form for the ticket and I get an error saying my account failed export compliance verification. When I try to open up a ticket I get the exact same error as when I try to download Vivado. Turns out making the thread was the only thing I could do. You can see how useless their support is. Naturally I made a thread on the forum asking for help. I tried many different inputs for the form but same response every time. Please visit for a possible solution to resolve this error. We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification.
